The Norlane Project Manager leads TGNP’s work across Norlane, overseeing local projects, teams, and sites while driving the co-design of the Norlane Community Revitalisation Plan. Both strategic and hands-on, this role sits on TGNP’s Executive Leadership Team and plays a key role in shaping long-term, place-based impact.

The Good Neighbourhood Commons Coordinator is a hands-on, community-facing role supporting programs and social enterprises at the Labuan Square Neighbourhood Commons. Working with residents, volunteers, and partners, the role helps create a welcoming, inclusive space that strengthens local connection and community life.

The Spruhan Avenue Residency is a 12-month opportunity to live in intentional community while contributing 15 hours per week to programs, events and social enterprises at The Good Neighbourhood Project in Norlane. Designed for emerging leaders passionate about neighbourhood-based community development, this residency offers rent and utilities, mentoring, supervision and leadership development, alongside hands-on experience in grassroots community work.
