We’re seeking an experienced and values-driven Norlane Project Manager to provide senior leadership for The Good Neighbourhood Project’s work across Norlane.

This is a pivotal role focused on shaping long-term, place-based change. You’ll lead the co-design and delivery of the Norlane Community Health and Wellbeing Plan, working closely with local residents, community leaders, partners, and researchers to translate community priorities into meaningful action.

Both strategic and hands-on, the role combines strong people and project leadership with deep community development practice. You’ll oversee TGNP’s Norlane-based projects, sites, and team, ensuring the work remains relational, responsive, and aligned with our values.

As a member of TGNP’s Executive Leadership Team, you’ll also contribute to organisation-wide strategy, culture, and learning, while staying closely connected to the lived realities and strengths of the Norlane community.

This role is ideal for a leader who is comfortable holding the big picture while staying grounded in day-to-day community-led work, and who is motivated by equity, collaboration, and long-term neighbourhood renewal.
